General Questions

- You physically get more space than you would if you rented an apartment do to the fact that most of the time people aren’t all in the same place at the same time.
- It’s more interesting than living alone and you will make new friends
With our 3D virtual property viewer there is no need to view the property in person as you can get a true idea of how it feels. Each property is professionally cleaned so you can be assured you are moving into a clean and beautiful home. Like the rest of our process, we structure this to be completely online and virtual.
You submit rent payments through the Buildium resident portal. You can manage everything from submitting rent payments, viewing statements, and submitting maintenance requests
Unfortunately no. We have all of our leases end July 31st. In the rare case we are not fully rented by renewal season we would simply make any new leases end July 31st of the following year.
This is the biggest concern most people have with shared living.
As of now we have had ZERO inter-tenant disputes and plan to keep it that way.
We design our screening process to weed out undesirable people and make great efforts to place you with people we think you would get along with. From the way we give everyone independent access codes to how we structure the home layout, everything is designed to make you have your own independence. If you do have an issue, call us, and we can get it sorted out quickly.
Not really. Almost everything is provided for you to live at the home day one. This includes pots, pans, silverware, dishes, hand towels, mattress protector, any furniture, etc.
Most people pick up a few extra personal items that fit them weather it’s a special coffee maker or blender, but pretty much you’re good to go the moment you walk in.
We do not provide bedding or bath towels.
Property Questions
Yes, we want everyone to have a good time whether that’s bringing their date over or maybe a couple of friends. You don’t need to tell us either.
Anything greater than two-weeks we prefer a heads up, but that is still fine. We draw the line when someone begins to “live” there without being an actual tenant.
Yes, as long as it can be easily removed at the end of your stay and does not cause damage to the place.
We provide a lot of this prior to you moving in, but if you run out it’s the responsibility of the current residents to replenish it. The stuff is cheap, we recommend one person buys it and send a venmo request to the others…or just have them owe you a beer.
No. Each property has 2 garage spots and 2 street parking spots. You will always be able to come and go as you wish.
